Students’ grades can be reviewed on the FACTS Family Portal. Use the below link and district code to get started:

Click on ‘Create New Family Portal Account’ and follow steps if it is your first time visiting the FACTS Family Portal. For those who have already created an account, use the district code and your username and password to get logged in.
Facts Tuition Payment Plan Login
St. James has partnered with FACTS Management Company to help us manage our tuition payment plans. Tuition and After School Care fees can be paid one of two ways:
- Full payment by July 1. This payment should be made directly to the school.
- Automatic payments spread over 11 months and paid through the FACTS Payment Plan. Automatic withdrawal from checking or saving accounts or credit card Choice of monthly payments deducted on the 20th or bimonthly payments deducted on the 5th and 20th
Parents sign up for FACTS payment plan by clicking the button below.
After creating an account, go to the financial section and the Service Agreement and add your banking information. Once you have done this, our Parish Office can go into the system and put in your tuition amount divided into its monthly or bimonthly installments.
As a reminder, tuition payment plans must be in place and agreed upon by the 1st day of school. Failure to do so will result in the following:
- Students will not be able to attend classes at St. James until a tuition agreement plan is in place.
