First and Second Grade Supply List 2011 - 2012

One small pencil box (should be able to hold all supplies)

One Sharpie marker, any color (for teacher use)

Third and Fourth Grade Supply List 2011 - 2012

*One plastic expandable file folder with at least 8 - 12 pockets
One three subject spiral notebook
One box of #2 pencils (no mechanical pencils or sharpeners)
Crayons
Colored pencils
Markers
Glue stick
Scissors
Two packages of wide-ruled loose-leaf notebook paper
One 2-pocket folder in the folowing color: red - for home folder
One pouch style pencil case
Ruler (centimeter and inches)
Yellow highlighter
Student Thesaurus

One bottle of hand sanitizer

*If your child has an expandable file folder and three subject notebook from the last school year, you do not need to purchase new ones. Please label subject dividers in the expandable file folder as follows before the start of school: Language Arts, Reading, Math, Social Studies, Science, Religion and Spanish.

**Incoming third graders will need a Spanish dictictionary.

Please make sure all supplies, clothing articles and books are clearly marked with your child's name.

Fifth and Sixth Grade Supply List 2011 - 2012

Each student needs one eight pocket expandable file. This file must be convenient enough to travel with your student all day. It must fit in your student's backpack in order to go home and return to school each day. Please label the subject dividers as follows: Science, Math, Language Arts, Religion, History, Spanish, Homework and extra paper.

Five single subject notebooks or one large five subject notebook
Two black and white composition notebooks (science and writing)
One notebook for Spanish
Loose-leaf paper (wide-ruled) - keep a supply at home
At least two shaprened pencils #2 (Ticonderoga are best)
Colored pencils - one small box, sharpened
Crayons (small box)
One highlighter
One ruler (centimeter and inch)
One glue stick
Personal dictionary (student paperback edition)
Spanish/English dictionary
Two large boxes of Kleenex tissues
One solar-powered calculator (6th grade only)
One container of Clorox wipes (one per family)
Protractor and compass (5th grade math)

*Optional: pouch style container for pencils, boxes will not fit inside desks. Space is very limited in student desks. Please keep toys and distractions at home.

**Backpacks should not be on wheels as they do not fit our lockers.
