Mrs. Claudia Reinhardt earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Southern California in 1999, and earned her Teaching Credential in 2004.

She remained in Los Angeles, and began her teaching career in the year 2000, first as a substitute at various elementary schools throughout the city, then teaching 8th grade students, both in English and ESL (English as a Second Language) at Virgil Middle School. In 2002, she began teaching 7th grade English, among other subjects, at Frost Middle School until 2009. During this time, she attended California State University Northridge, earning her Master’s Degree in Educational Administration in 2007. In 2009, she was promoted to the Magnet School Coordinator, leading a staff of 12 teachers and overseeing the progress of 365 students.

At the end of the 2010 school year, she decided to go back to her roots and teach inner-city students at the Los Angeles Leadership Academy. In 2011, she married her husband, James, and later gave birth to her son, Liam. A year after his birth, she and her husband decided to move Louisville, Kentucky, and is now presently teaching English, Social Studies, and Religion at St. James Catholic School.
